Payday 3 is a great game. The devs are listening to the community and constantly making the game better! Also, the game is fun to play :D

Payday 3 is not the same as Payday 2 (obviously), but the objective is still the same:
Find a location with good cash or other valuable, steal the loot and get out.
As in PD2, you can choose between stealth or loud.
(As of writing this review, there are 2 loud only maps and 1 stealth only).
PD3 had a rough start, with some server issues, bugs etc... But a lot of new games start like this.
Luckily, after some time, the devs are listening to the community and are improving the game a lot, which is definitely a positive point!
I'm not going into too much detail about the gameplay, because there are a lot of content creators that did this before me.
So to keep things short.
- The gameplay is very different since PD2, but very fun to play! The new "vaulting" and "sliding" mechanics are a nice touch.
- The heists themselves are not super big, but also not super small and there is some variation in the level design.
- Some gameplay elements are repeated in some heists, so it can feel repetitive for some players that can't play for a long time.
- There are a lot of skills to mess around with, but because the system is different then PD2, it can be confusing or "too easy" for returning players.
- There is a story which is not needed to play the game. This is there for the hardcore fans of Payday!
--> You can definitely find a lot of good video's on YouTube from content creators that go in depth of everything.
